Thendo Peterson Nethengwe
Managing director & Environmentalists
Mr T.P. Nethengwe hold a Bachelor of Environmental Management (Four Year Degree) from University of Venda and MSc in Environmental Sciences from University of Witwatersrand. He has over 17 years experience on environment consulting services, interpretation of environmental legislative requirement and health and safety management in public and private sector. Registered with South African Counsel of Natural Scientific Professional (SACNASP) – Pr.Sci.Nat – Environmental Sciences, awaiting for EAPASA registration to be finalized.

Ndalammbi Aluwani
Office Administrator
Ndalammbi Aluwani holds National Diploma in Human Resource Management from Vhembe TVET College with over 3+ years’ experience ensuring offices run smoothly and efficiently, handling confidential paper work and making routine office duties. Strong multi-tasking, organizational, customer service and data skills and her experience ranges from coordinate and oversee all office activities, ensure adherence to relevant company procedures and policies, and receiving and screening of application. Managing phone calls and correspondence ie Emails, letters.Maintaining a filling system for data on customers and external partners. Booking meetings and scheduling events. Maintaining internal data base and records and records.

Maimela. S.E
Hydrologist
Mr. Maimela S.E. holds a Bachelors of Earth Science in Hydrology and water resources (Hons), obtained from the University of Venda.
I am an enthusiastic hydrology graduate with a strong academic foundation in water resource management, environmental science, and hydrological analysis. Through my coursework, I have gained hands-on experience with tools such as ArcGIS, MATLAB, and QGIS, which I use to analyse hydrological data and develop watershed models. My projects have involved water quality assessments and watershed flow modelling, helping me understand how hydrological systems respond to environmental factors. I am passionate about sustainable water management and am eager to apply my skills to real-world challenges, contributing to solutions that promote environmental sustainability and resilience in water resources.

Tshivhenga L. Prince
Hydrologist
Mr. Tshivhenga L. Prince – Hydrologist
B.E.S. in Hydrology and Water Resources (Hons)
Mr. Tshivhenga L. Prince is a seasoned hydrologist at Muri Enviro Consulting and Waste Management, specializing in environmental assessments, groundwater studies, and hydrological modelling. His work includes Phase I and II contamination assessments, groundwater abstraction, aquifer assessments, and advanced hydrological research focused on sustainable water resource management. Currently pursuing a master’s degree, Mr. Prince is refining infiltration models to support improved water management practices. As a SACNASP-registered Hydrological Science Candidate and a member of the South African Hydrological Society, he contributes valuable expertise to Muri Enviro Consulting’s projects and clients.

- Water use license application and Audit
- Groundwater and Surface Water Studies: Soil and groundwater contamination, wetland delineation, hydrological and hydrogeological studies and Geotechnical investigation.
- Bioremediation and Water Quality Restoration: Leads projects using microbial treatment and Nano Bubbler technology to enhance water quality.

Lily Munzhedzi
Environmental Consultant
Lily Munzhedzi holds a Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Sciences, an Honours degree in Ecology and Resource Management, and a Master’s degree in Environmental Sciences with a focus on climate change adaptation. Her master’s research evaluated the effectiveness of flood control mechanisms and their adaptability to climate change, culminating in the publication of the article “Trends in Extreme Rainfall and Their Relationship to Flooding Episodes in Vhembe District.” She also earned a Certificate in GIS from the University of Venda, gaining expertise in ArcGIS, GIS mapping, and environmental analysis.
Lily has extensive experience in data collection using surveys, interviews, and experiments, employing both quantitative and qualitative approaches to ensure thorough analysis. She is proficient in data analysis tools such as R and SPSS, applying statistical techniques to extract insights and support decision-making. Her experience includes developing and executing project plans, covering scope definition, scheduling, budgeting, and progress monitoring. She has successfully managed stakeholders throughout project lifecycles, demonstrating strong communication and engagement strategies.
Known for her versatility, Lily adapts quickly to new environments and challenges. Her academic background equips her with the ability to learn rapidly and pay close attention to detail, ensuring precision and thoroughness in all tasks. She is skilled in producing clear, concise reports with well-structured content, often incorporating visual aids such as graphs and charts to enhance presentation. With expertise in ecological management, GIS, data analysis, and climate adaptation, Lily is well-positioned to contribute effectively to interdisciplinary projects focused on sustainability and environmental resilience.

Khadampe Mpho Petunia
Environmental Consultant
Khadampe Mpho Petunia holds a BSc Honors degree in Environmental and Resource Studies from the University of Limpopo with over a year in Environmental Resources and Waste Management experience working in both government and private sector. Her experience ranges from Waste management, GIS and Remote sensing, Environmental Impact Assessment and modelling, Cartography and Map Analysis, Ecosystem Restoration, Environmental Law and Ecology. Some of her current practical work experience includes Public Participation, Public site notices, Environmental Audit, Waste Management (Asbestos removal), environmental assessments and conducting and reporting on hydrological studies.

Vhonndwela Mugovhani
Environmental Consultant
Vhonndwela Mugovhani holds a BSc in Environmental Sciences from the University of Venda and is registered with SACNASP as a Certificated Natural Scientist. With over three years of expertise in Environmental Resource and Waste Management in both government and private sectors, his skills encompass, Waste Management, GIS and Remote Sensing, Environmental Impact Assessment and Modelling, Cartography and Map Analysis, Ecosystem Restoration, Environmental Law, Ecology, Asbestos Removal, Hydrologic Measurements and Analysis. His practical experience includes conducting Landfill Site Audits, Ecosystem Restoration and Bioremediation, Issuing and Processing Waste Management Licenses, performing Environmental Compliance Audits, Leachate Monitoring, conducting Water Use License Audits, Environmental Management Plan (EMP) Audits, Environmental Impact Assessments (EIA), and fostering productive engagement with clients and stakeholders.

Zwivhuya Mulaudzi
Environmental Consultant
Zwivhuya Mulaudzi hold a BSc in Environmental Sciences from University of Venda with training certificates in Asbestos removal, ArcGIS and SAMTRAC as well as Business management. He is a Candidate scientist registered with South African Counsel of Natural Scientific Professional (SACNASP). He has over 3 years’ experience on environment consulting in a government and Private sector. His experience ranges from Environmental Audits, Waste Management (Asbestos removal) Waste and water licenses to environmental assessments, Conducting Environmental Impact Assessments, Basic Assessments, Environmental Management Plan, Public participation, Liaison with clients, environmental authorities, and environmental compliance auditing to conducting and reporting on hydrological studies.

Thembinkosi Sithole
Environmental Science (Intern)
Thembinkosi Sithole hold National Diploma: Environmental Sciences from Tshwane University of Technology. He did online short courses at United Nation Development Programme (Learning for Nature.org): Ecosystem Restoration, Spatial Planning, Nature, finance and Nature. Has over two years of experience working in the Environmental Consulting field, with practical experience including, Environmental Impact Assessment, Biodiversity Assessments, Soil contamination Assessments, Water use license compliance audits, water use license applications, Environmental compliance Audits, Surface and Ground water quality analysis, Integrated Environmental management systems.
